Staff and volunteers should see one clear plan for what happens before, during, and after the service. Structured enough for leaders, simple enough for the team.

No unfinished integration claims
Worship presentation tools matter to many churches. Church Grid will not claim finalized integrations until they are confirmed. Early access feedback will guide which exports and connections matter most.

Can service plans be reused?
Service plans can be created and updated now. Reusable templates and recurring-service shortcuts are still to come, so weekly services do not start from a blank page every time.
Will this integrate with worship presentation tools?
Specific integrations are not claimed publicly yet. Presentation needs are being considered for planning and export paths.
Can volunteers see only their roles?
The member portal can show a volunteer their own scheduled or published assignments and collect confirm/decline responses. Privacy checks across the rest of scheduling are still in progress.
Does service planning connect to attendance?
Yes. Service planning and attendance are related, especially for follow-up, reporting, and volunteer planning.
