Who we are

Software that helps churches help people, built with care.

Church Grid helps ministry teams organize members, attendance, giving and follow-up without the usual software friction.

Help churches spend less time on paperwork and more time with people. Good software should make ministry clearer, not harder.

Our story

How Church Grid took shape.

Our journey

We build by listening to ministry teams. Church Grid grows around the weekly work they already do: members, households, attendance, child check-in, giving, groups, and follow-up.

Founder-led from Toronto

Church Grid is shaped by real conversations with ministry teams. We will share fuller team and advisory details when they are ready for the public.

How we work

Designed around the work churches already do.

We shape Church Grid around the weekly rhythms ministry teams already know.

Lighten the weekly loadPrivate alpha focuses on the repeat office work churches do every week, without asking volunteers to become tech experts.
Keep people in one placeMembers, households, attendance, and email follow-up live together in one calm workspace. Dedicated pastoral-care notes sit in a permissioned queue.
Treat church data with carePermissions, audit trails, and clear church boundaries are part of the product from day one. Trust comes first.
Support that feels humanEarly access onboarding is direct and practical. We help teams move carefully when they bring their people data over.
Where we focus

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

Ship what is ready

Only share tools that are useful, stable, and supportable.

Protect each church

Every church keeps its own secured workspace and permissions.

Onboard with care

Help teams migrate carefully instead of rushing the data.

Stay honest in public

Say what works today. Label what is still planned.
