We have not set the price yet.
Church Grid is in private alpha, and quoting a number we might have to walk back would be worse than saying this. What we have settled is the shape: one flat price per church, everything included, published here before any church is charged.
What is already decided.
Four commitments that hold whatever the number is. Nothing here starts making sense only once you are already paying.
One price per church
A free trial before anything is charged
No contract, no setup fee
Provider fees stay separate
Common questions.
What will Starter cost?
We have not decided yet, and we would rather say that than publish a number we might have to change. What is decided: it will be one flat price for a campus, and it will be published here before any church is charged. Nothing is charged during the private alpha.
What is included in Starter?
One campus with unlimited people and admin users: members, households, groups, events, check-ins, giving records, reports, email follow-up, the member portal, and role-based access. A 30-day free trial starts without a credit card once billing opens.
Will volunteers count as seats?
No. Every plan includes unlimited people and admin users. Flat pricing is already decided precisely so healthy volunteer involvement is never punished by seat math.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Starter will be month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel anytime, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
Will SMS be separate?
SMS send exists as a provider-gated path and carries provider costs. If it is priced separately we will publish that before it is marketed as a public-MVP channel. The base plan price never changes because of provider fees.
Will giving or payment fees be separate?
Yes. Payment processing and giving-related provider fees are separate from the Church Grid price, and the rates are published before you connect giving. Your congregation pays those processor fees; Church Grid does not mark them up.
Will onboarding or migration be available?
Onboarding and migration are part of the early access path. Final scope and pricing may vary by church and the system you are coming from.

Churches in the private alpha tell us what a tool like this is worth to them. That is how the number gets set.
