Generic blast tools make it easy to message too many people. Church Grid starts with selected-person and group-member email so leaders can follow up without exporting ad hoc lists.

Messages link to member records, groups, and households. That means less duplicate list work and a clearer picture of who received what.
Text messages are not available yet
Text messages need a sending provider, carry provider costs and have regional compliance rules, so we are not offering them to churches yet.

Text messages are not available yet. If they carry separate provider costs, we will publish those before offering them. The base plan price does not change because of those fees.
Can messages be targeted by groups?
Today it supports selected people and group-member audiences. Advanced targeting by volunteer team, attendance, and custom criteria is planned.
Will message history be visible on member profiles?
Message detail shows recipients and delivery state. Broader profile-level communication history remains planned.
Can volunteers send messages?
That depends on role permissions. Church Grid uses scoped access rather than all-or-nothing admin rights.
